Bobby Sansone and Thugs are giving first team snaps to Matt Schaub. Sansone really likes the way Schaub has been playing and likes the match-up against Oakland. Kurt Warner hasn't played well of late but does have a favorable match-up against a weak Patriots defense. Who starts at QB will be a game-time decision.
The Dragons will have to make a decision early on in the week as to if Dom Rhodes will start or not as the Colts play on Thursday night. If Frank Gore's status is still questionable, Jon may have to start Rhodes regardless. Joseph Addai could have huge implications on the Super Bowl. Anthony Gonzalez could be moved to the bench if Jon goes with 3 RBs.
YFFL AFC & NFC Championship ratings were up 25% from 2007 largely thanks to the Eaters and Thugs MNF showdown. A record 7 owners tuned into ESPN last night to see Akers and Westbrook's scoring tallies. Text messaging was up too during the telecast 15% from last year.
Steve Dugas' 2009 Mock Draft will be out tomorrow. The Merry Men need a lot of help and the Beans 5th and 11th pick overall are looking very attractive. Dugas will spend the off season deciding if either Tavaris Jackson or Brady Quinn is the QB of the future.
