Pro-Bowl Injuries

Let's get Owens and Gates out of the Pro Bowl and sub in Roddy White and Vernon Davis.

I think that's the right move. Give the starters the credit for being named, but the 2nd group should get credit for something like "pro bowl reserve."

This will happen. There's even a rule on it:

"In the event that an injured player has been selected to the Pro Bowl, the commissioner will select a healthy player to replace him. Both players will receive credit for their Pro Bowl selections and thus be reflected on their player page on YFFL.com."

Wow, I just assumed that everyone cared as much about the actual YFFL Pro Bowl game as much as people cared about the NFL Pro Bowl game. Don't we just give our players bonuses for being named to the team?

I very much would like to see a Pro Bowl team put up 100 points. I think it will be done one year...

I'm actually a bit diasappointed that Pro Bowl didn't get the nod for GOTW. And come on Nick, Gates/Owens will be replaced by more than adequate talent.

Who would you suggest we replace Gates with?
