Wow! I've been out of the picture for a little while, I did not realize that Sidney Rice AND a first round pick was traded to the Llamas for K. Wright and a 2nd?!?!?! Great move, Gibby! How did you pull the wool over Steve's eyes on that one?

I thought the waiver wire was locked after week 8, even if a roster spot opens up after a trade? Kind of seems like a waiver loophole...

The Thugs had an open roster spot that I allowed them to fill as governed by the following rule:

"...if a team falls below the limit of 16 at any point during the season, the owner will have the opportunity to add players "free of charge" to their team in order to reach the cap of 16."

I definitely agree that it's a gray area though and something we should probably look into.
