As we approach the halfway mark of the 2023 season, the gulf between the have's and have not's seems to only be widening.

All four division leaders emerged victorious in Week 6, some by wide margins and others by the skin of their teeth, but that hasn't been anything unusual this season. The Refugees, Buddies, Dragons and Brothers are an incredible 23-1 so far this year (and the only teams with winning records!).

That success has meant big early leads in each of their divisions. In the case of the Brothers, they already have a four game advantage in the NFC West, while the Refugees and Dragons both enjoy three game leads in the AFC East and NFC East respectively.

Will all four of these teams cruise to division crowns or will the back half of the season tighten the races? With injuries mounting and a slew of bye weeks coming up, it's not over yet.

Elsewhere around the league, the Orangutangs edged the Merry Men thanks to 2 TDs from Dak Prescott on Monday night to win their second straight game and somehow remain in the playoff hunt, defending champs Bear Poop downed the Eaters in a key AFC matchup and will look to ride the return of WR Cooper Kupp back into contention, and the White Guys tied for the second week in a row and now sit at 2-2-2 with a nearly identical points for and against in yet another abnormality in an already strange looking standings board.
