With just 4 games left to play, the race for the YFFL playoffs remains wide open.

Each division is separated by as few as 1.5 games (AFC East) or completely deadlocked (NFC West) and with divisional play restarting in Week 12, this coming week will be pivotal for division leaders looking to remain on top and contenders looking to make a move.

The AFC East struggled in Week 10, losing all four of their games as the Orangutangs and Poop failed to capitalize on the Refugees' 4th loss in their last 6 games after starting out a perfect 4-0. Over in the AFC West, the Merry Men continue to fend off the Buddies, who have come alive with 3 wins out of their last 4 after a rare 3-game losing streak. With QB Patrick Mahomes and WR DeAndre Hopkins paired in Kansas City, they will attempt to chase down the league's highest scoring team ahead of their titanic match-up in Week 12.

Over in the NFC East, the Dragons closed the gap between themselves and the division leading White Guys with a big 71-39 win over the Huskers. Combined with a loss by the Mallards, the division race is looking like it may come down to the final week of the season.

Speaking of close, the NFC West can't get any closer as the Chickens, Beans and Brothers all sit atop the heap at 7-3. The Beans are the hottest team in the league with a 6-game winning streak but the Chickens are close behind as winners of 5 of their last 6 games with a slim 1-point loss during that stretch. Meanwhile, defending MVP RB Christian McCaffrey made his return to the Brothers this week, making the defending NFC champs that much more dangerous.

With the trade deadline mere days away, will one of these contenders go "all in" on 2024? That remains a mystery, but it surely will be a thrilling finish to yet another YFFL regular season.
