Most Valuable Player

Despite missing the playoffs, Peyton Manning's amazing 2004 season was too much for voters to ignore, awarding him his second MVP award and joining Emmitt Smith (1994 & 1995) as the only multiple winners of the award.

Peyton Manning 5 1 1 18
Terrell Owens 1 5 0 13

Curtis Martin 1 0 4 7

Rookie of the Year

Antonio Gates came out of nowhere (the middle of the 2nd round to be more exact) to shatter the single season record for TE scoring and become an instrumental part of the Chickens' 867 point effort in 2004. Voters rewarded Gates with a nearly unanimous Rookie of the Year trophy.

Owner of the Year

Entering the 2004 season with high expectations, Mike was the only owner able to guide both of his teams to the playoffs and managed the quarterback position of the Chickens perfectly as Drew Brees emerged to challenge Donovan McNabb on a regular basis. Mike's Owner of the Year bid was capped by the incredible season by the Chickens, breaking every team scoring record this season on their way to a 11-2 record.
